Prerequisite	Improved Implement Binder, Blade Binder 13th
Description	The blade binder may now treat his BCB as equal to ¾ of his level in blade binder with spells cast through his implements. In addition each of his implements summon with the extra talent or extra spell special ability, which does not count against any blade improvements he may apply. The blade binder must select which special ability and granted spell or talent is applied to each implement, and once chosen cannot be changed without the re-attunement process of the implement binder ability.
