Quicken Spell

Benefit	You may decrease the casting time of a spell by 1 AP (to a minimum of 1 AP) for every 2 additional spell points you spend on the spell in addition to the original cost of the spell. This talent may not be utilized more than once per round, even if applied to different spells.
