Additonal effects	A concealed blade is a spring-mounted knife allowing for the right presses or gestures to be released. A concealed blade releases the blade from its hidden compartment as a reaction, but requires a full-round action to rearm. If applied to boots the blade hampers movement reducing your land speed by 5 feet (minimum 5 feet); this penalty stacks if the wielder has another extended blade on their other foot. If applied to bracers the blade extends from the under the arm near the wrist. This makes wielding and manipulating other objects more difficult and applies a -4 penalty to all attack rolls and skill checks utilizing this that hand that aren't the concealed blade itself.
